Depending on how you get in touch, we process the following data:

• Quote form: name, email address, and the answers you give on the form (whether you already have a website, the kind of site you need, your main goal, your preferred timeline and rough budget).
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead form: if you submit a form from one of our ads, we receive the data you provide there (typically name and email address).
• Direct contact: if you email us, the data contained in your message.
• Technical data: while operating the website our provider may log technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of visit).

• Contact and quoting – so we can respond to your enquiry and prepare a tailored quote. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Operating and securing the website – legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We use the following processors to handle your data:

• Tárhely.Eu Kft. (Hungary) – website hosting.
• Netlify, Inc. (USA) – contact-form processing.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) – advertising and lead-form handling.
• Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) – email delivery (enquiries are sent to richard@snr-media.com).

The website is hosted by a Hungarian provider (Tárhely.Eu Kft.), so data stored on the hosting stays within the European Union. Some processors – Netlify for form processing, Meta for advertising, Google for email delivery – may, however, process data in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards: a European Commission adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

We keep the data you provide for as long as needed to assess your request and stay in touch, but no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law. If you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing, we delete your data.

In relation to this processing you have the right to:

• information and access,
• rectification,
• erasure (“the right to be forgotten”),
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

You can exercise these rights at richard@snr-media.com; we respond as soon as possible and within the statutory deadline at the latest.

If you feel your data has been mishandled, please contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or go to court.
